We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in Malaysia.
During peak sales / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.
To ensure the secure delivery of your order, The Gold Souq does not ship orders to P.O. boxes, and a signature is required on all deliveries.
All Deliveries purchased online will be shipped subject to stocks availability and upon payment received. Parcel can be tracked via our courier partners directly.
International Deliveries
Currently, international deliveries outside of Malaysia comes at a nominal fee relevant to the Port of Destination. All international orders will be shipped with an additional charge.
For all International Orders purchased online and shipped via our courier partners, the Customer is responsible to comply with laws and Regulations for import of the merchandise ordered into the Port of Destination (Country). Any customs fees, import duties, taxes and any custom handling charges will have to be borne by customer. The Gold Souq has no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates at the time of your purchase as the import laws are different for different countries.
In most cases, the courier company delivering the parcel is advised by the local customs authority about the taxes or import duties, if any. The local office of the courier company will then contact you to update the same.
Please contact the Customs office in your city for further details; our customer service team will also try to assist you in providing this information wherever possible.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.

All orders placed on www.thegoldsouq.com are fully insured, from the time it leaves our order fulfillment facility until it reaches your doorstep.
